Menstessy (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to fair customer service. This policy explains the rules for size exchanges and limited refund scenarios. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
1. Important Summary (So No One Gets Confused)
Menstessy offers:

2. Exchange Window (3 Days)
You must request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your product.
If you contact us after 3 days, the request will not be accepted.
3. What Is Eligible for Exchange?

The product was delivered damaged or defective (must be verified)
4. What Is NOT Eligible?
Menstessy will not accept exchange requests for:

Any request made after 3 days

Items that are worn, washed, used, or altered

Items missing original tags or packaging

Products damaged due to customer mishandling

Clearance/discounted items (unless wrong or defective)

Items marked “final sale” or “non-exchangeable” (if applicable)
5. Conditions for Exchange Approval
To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused, unwashed, and unworn

Returned with original tags, labels, and packaging intact

Free from perfume, deodorant, stains, scratches, or damage
Menstessy reserves the right to reject exchanges if the product fails inspection.
6. Size Exchange Rules

Size exchange is allowed only for the same product (different size).

Exchanges depend on available stock.

If the requested size is unavailable, Menstessy will offer either:

A refund (only if your case qualifies under Section 8), or

Order cancellation/refund (only if the purchase cannot be fulfilled)
No store credit will be offered.
7. Delivery & Exchange Shipping Charges
If Menstessy is at fault (wrong/damaged/defective):

Original delivery fee is non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Menstessy.
8. Refund Policy (Limited)
Menstessy does not provide refunds for size issues if a size exchange is possible.
Refunds are only eligible if:

The product is defective/damaged and replacement is not possible

Your order is cancelled by Menstessy after payment
